Simply browse our products, select the items you love, customize them if applicable, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and payment information.

For orders within Metro Manila (NCR), you have the option to select your preferred delivery date during checkout. We typically use Lalamove for scheduled deliveries within this area. For orders outside of Metro Manila, we use LBC. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We accept a variety of payment methods including GCash, Maya and bank transfers. All available options will be displayed upon checkout.

Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the item, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. For deliveries within Metro Manila via Lalamove, you may receive real-time tracking updates via SMS.
