Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. For personalized orders, such as handwritten letters, this processing time is essential to ensure the quality and accuracy of your unique item.

Delivery Methods & Timelines

  • For Metro Manila (NCR): We utilize on-demand delivery services like Lalamove to get your order to you quickly and safely. During checkout, you will have the option to select a preferred delivery date. While we do our best to accommodate your request, specific delivery times on that date cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and courier routing.
  • For Provincial Areas (Outside NCR): Orders destined for provincial locations are shipped via LBC. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.


Return & Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the highly personalized and often perishable nature of our products (such as handwritten letters and flower arrangements), we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy. All sales are considered final once the order has been successfully delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing and packaging your orders. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Please email us at scriptedblossoms@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Upon review, and at our sole discretion, we will arrange for a replacement of the item or offer store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot accommodate cancellation requests for orders that have already entered the production or dispatch stage.
