These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including handwritten letters, flower arrangements, and other personalized gifts. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders & Acceptance
- Placing an Order: By completing the checkout process, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it.
- Acceptance: An order is considered accepted only when payment has been confirmed and the order has been processed for production or dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues with payment.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Currency: All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via GCash and direct bank transfers. Full payment is required before an order is processed.
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
3. Delivery & Shipping
- Metro Manila (NCR) Deliveries: For customers within Metro Manila, you may select a preferred delivery date upon checkout. We primarily use third-party courier services like Lalamove. While we strive to meet your requested delivery schedule, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
- Provincial (Outside NCR) Deliveries: Orders outside of Metro Manila are shipped via LBC or a similar courier. Standard provincial delivery rates and timelines apply. A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
- Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. A fee may apply for re-delivery.
- Receiving Orders: Please ensure someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date. For perishable items like flowers, we are not responsible for any degradation in quality if the recipient is unavailable.
4. Personalized & Custom Items
- Customer Content: For products like handwritten letters, you are solely responsible for the content (text, names, etc.) you provide. Please review all personalized details for accuracy before submitting your order. We are not liable for errors or misspellings in the content provided by you.
- Intellectual Property: By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify it for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. You confirm that you have the rights to any content you provide and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
- Artistic Variations: Our products are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, size, or appearance are to be expected and are part of the unique nature of the items. For flower arrangements, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary due to seasonal availability.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the production or dispatch phase.
- Returns & Refunds: Due to the personalized and/or perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is successfully delivered.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You must provide your order number and a clear photo of the item in question. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to a product purchased from us is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on the website at the time you place your order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
